A well established (150 years plus) family owned niche Swiss private bank and wealth management house. They were looking to significantly increase their market penetration amongst high net worth investors. They were very interested in a move away from their traditional clientele amongst the European “old money”.

Candidate Profile provided

They were looking to recruit a proven Relationship Manager with a track record of offering a quality private banking service to HNWI´s. Preferably with an established client network that would allow them to “hit the ground running”. It was important that they would be multi-lingual.

Candidate identified

The candidate located was a Indian national, already working in the City as an RM amongst the “None Resident Indian” high net worth sector. A desire to move to a smaller, more flexible Swiss based bank – with a broader range of product offerings, whilst maintaining and growing his successful network amongst senior Indian HNWI´s was his motivation.
