Candidate Profile provided
The client had a clear remit for the type of trust professional they wanted to recruit. They would have at least five years experience in managing complex offshore trust for private individuals, family offices and private banks. They would speak fluent French and have excellent German or Italian. They should be ICSA accredited.
FOR introduced a ICSA qualified Trust Manager who had spent the previous 7 years working for two Geneva based wealth management firms. They had worked the private client and institutional market and were experts in the creation of offshore trust structures and a wide range of jurisdictional regulation. Due to their Swiss background, even though she was French by nationality, this trust professional spoke fluent French, German and English.
