Industry leading stockbroker and asset manager is looking to add an Hedge Fund Analyst to its Guernsey based fund of hedge fund team.
This Hedge Fund Analyst job is centered upon contributing to the decision making of the hedge fund team in respect to hedge fund selection and portfolio management.
Core responsibilities of this well paid offshore finance job will include: reviewing qualitative and quantitative data on existing and prospective funds; visiting managers; and assisting in the due diligence process.
You can also expect to provide ad-hoc advice to members of the wealth management division and undertake specific analysis for the client teams.
To be considered for this Hedge Fund Analyst job you will need fairly extensive hedge fund experience combined, ideally, with some portfolio management. It is expected you will have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with investment professionals and investors alike.
The candidate will have an inquiring mind and be able to work accurately under pressure. Investment qualifications are preferable, though relevant industry experience is of greater benefit.
