They wanted to recruit an individual who could create new client relationships and revenue streams. They need someone with a proven track record of sales success, and a complete understanding of underwriting and a network in the insurance industry on the main land.

Candidate identified

In this case the successful candidate was a relatively young insurance sales person from the mainland with a track record of corporate sales success at two large insurance internationals. He combined that with a couple of national insurance awards for excellence, an immediate post university two years of underwriting and full ACII accreditation.
